HANABI CLUB offers products that are fulfilled from different locations. This means that items within the same order may be shipped separately, arrive at different times and have separate shipping charges applied at checkout.

HANABI Clothing

Shipping for HANABI clothing is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination country.

Clothing is fulfilled separately from HANABI PRESS books, poetry and curated goods. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

HANABI PRESS Books and Poetry

HANABI PRESS books and poetry are packed and shipped by us from London, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and its destination. If your order also contains HANABI clothing or curated goods, these items will arrive in separate parcels.

Curated Goods

Curated goods are fulfilled and shipped directly by the respective independent businesses featured on HANABI CLUB.

Shipping locations, charges, dispatch times and delivery estimates vary depending on the business and product. Any relevant delivery information will be provided on the product page or at checkout.

Curated goods may arrive separately from one another, even when purchased as part of the same order.

Orders Containing Different Product Types

Orders containing products from more than one category or fulfilment partner will usually be divided into separate shipments.

Multiple shipping charges may therefore be applied at checkout. Each parcel may also have a different dispatch date, tracking number and estimated delivery time.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or courier handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly shown as included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs checks may occasionally delay international deliveries. These delays are outside the control of HANABI CLUB.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur during busy periods or because of customs processing, weather disruption or courier issues.
